1. Entry is open to residents of Australia only aged 18 years and over

2. To enter, entrants must provide their first name, last name, email address, comment or feedback and automatically subscribe to Toy Madness mailinglist on the form found on the Toy Madness Facebook page. Phone number is optional.

3. The use of automated entry software, or competition entry service will void entry.

4. Promotion dates are as follows:

- Commences 26/9/14 at 12:00am AEST
- Closes 12/10/14 at 11:59pm AEST
- Drawn 14/10/14 at 12:00pm AEST

5. The selected valid entry with the best feedback will win one of three $50 gift voucher to use on Toy Madness online store.

6. Toy Madness will notify the winner by email, and publish their name on www.toymadness.com.au and www.facebook.com/toymadness on 14/10/14. 

7. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.

8. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by 20/10/14, a further draw will take place to determine a replacement winner. Replacement draw will take place 5pm EST on 20/10/14. Winners in any replacement draw will be notified by email and their name published on www.toymadness.com.au and www.facebook.com/toymadness.
