Lalaloopsy Smile E Wishes

Lalaloopsy Smile E. Wishes was born on February 28th is National Tooth Fairy Day and is the most cheerful and generous resident of Lalaloopsy Land. She has the brightest smile and is super giving. She surprises her friends by leaving gifts under their pillows, and she always leaves a trail of glitter wherever she goes.
